Updated

Calling all Friends fans! Soon to open in New York City: a real-life Central Perk coffee shop - but you'll have to be quick or you'll miss it.

Warner Brothers have announced a pop-up replica of the world-famous coffee shop to coincide with the 20th anniversary of the most popular TV sitcom of all time.

It will open at 199 Lafayette Street in SoHo, Manhattan from September 17 to October 18th. Fans will be able to check out the real life props from the show, including the iconic orange couch, and treated to free coffee while actor James Michael Taylor, who plays Gunther, the long-suffering coffee house manager, will be on hand for selfies.

The cafe is likely to get crowded: more than 52 million people in the USA alone tuned in to watch the last ever episode.

Of course, no trip to Central Perk would be complete without suffering through a set of Phoebe's songs, so there will be various musicians playing who will sing at least one round of the characters sole hit, 'Smelly Cat'.
