Many drivers may think of tax discs as an expensive blot on their windscreens, but the paper discs could soar in value with 'veleologists' – tax disc collectors – after October as car tax goes paperless. Paper tax discs will disappear from car windscreens after 93 years, meaning that rare final tax discs could become sought after.
