Rod Stewart's classic Ferrari F40 up for auction

Rod Stewart's pristine red Ferrari F40 supercar is set to go under the hammer on August 2 in California. This Ferrari was the fastest car in the world when it was launched – thanks to an extremely powerful V8 engine under the bonnet, and its lightweight construction from carbon fibre, aluminium and kevlar. With two turbochargers crammed in the engine bay this motor kicks out a hefty 478bhp.
