How to spot a Brit abroad
There's something unique about the British holidaymaker, isn't there? You can spot one a mile off, even without the union jack shorts and hankies on the head.
They're the ones most likely to be sporting skin that is sunburned to a crisp, for example. And riddled with mosquito bites. They're the ones who get more than a little tipsy on a night out, who are partial to letting it all hang out in a skimpy swimming costume even while they're doing their shopping... Oh, and of course, Brits are the ones who think speaking a foreign language just means shouting loudly in English.
Yes, all very stereotypical. But with thousands of Brits heading off for their summer hols in the next few months in search of a little bit of sun sea and sand, we thought it was time to give the rest of the world a little preview of what makes Brits abroad really stand out from the crowd.
