Cash-strapped families desert high-priced cinemas

The regular trip to the cinema is becoming a thing of the past, with rising prices forcing families to ration their visits.

A report from accountancy firm Deloitte finds that the number of cinemagoers has been falling since 2009, with only the well-off now visiting regularly.
