The Wolverine star was spotted pumping iron at a gym before heading into the NSW surf.
He looked happy and relaxed after recently suffering a skin cancer scare after a growth appeared on his nose.
The actor had it removed and took to Instagram to advise his fans to be careful in the sun.
He's not the only star who's been spotted enjoying the rays on Bondi this week. Naomi Watts was also seen showing off her slender figure in a leopard-print bikini at the famous Aussie hotspot.
