G4S rejects £1.5bn offer

Outsourcing and security giant G4S has rejected an "opportunistic" £1.55 billion bid for its cash transportation business.

The FTSE 100 group said the offer from private equity firm Charterhouse Capital fundamentally undervalued the business.
