Chantelle Houghton is clearly enjoying soaking up the sun on holiday in Majorca, Spain.
The former Big Brother star was seen splashing around at the pool in her cute navy polka-dot bikini.
Chantelle gave birth to her daughter with Alex Reid, Dolly, 16 months ago.
She has been the subject of some unkind remarks about her figure of late, an issue which, according to the Daily Mail, she recently addressed on Twitter, writing: "The people that are making digs about my body will understand one day when or if they have a baby. #Proudofmymummybody."
But The Sun reports that she is now thinking of giving Bikram yoga a go. Chantelle said: "Former TOWIE star Billi Mucklow invited me to a Bikram yoga session at her studio.
"A stylist who'd worked with Sophie Anderton told me Sophie does it to stay in shape - and how amazing does she look?"
