Anxious dog battles fear of cars by holding owner's hand

For nervous pooch Tommy, a ride in the car is a terrifying affair. While other dogs poke their heads out of passenger windows, run laps of the boot and happily chew the interior, poor Tommy can only cower in the passenger seat and shake.
