Earlier this year, the driver of a red Audi TT was left with serious injuries after he lost control of the sports car, left the road and became embedded into the window of a house.

The accident occurred in Lowestoft, Suffolk in March of this year but police have recently revealed that driver Lewis Richardson, 22, of Pakefield has been summonsed to appear before magistrates in Lowestoft in October, when he will also face a charge of careless driving.
