A former police chairman faces a jail sentence after being found guilty of dodging three penalty points for speeding by persuading a friend to accept them for him.

Dave McLuckie, from Great Ayton, North Yorkshire, was clocked speeding at 36mph in a 30mph zone at Carlin How in April 2005.
