Video: Bridge collapse in Washington state

When you're on the road or taking a gentle stroll along a footpath, you don't expect the floor to fall away from you. On Thursday, part of the interstate five highway bridge in the US state of Washington, collapsed into the Skagit River.

A large section of the bridge crashed into the water at around 19:00, throwing a number of cars and people into the water.
