Michelle Heaton hits Miami Beach for Lorraine show

Michelle Heaton has spent the last few years qualifying to become a personal fitness instructor.

And now she's putting her knowledge to use as part of Lorraine's Miami Beach Diet in Florida.

The former Liberty X star is helping three women try to achieve a beach body for the show's segment, and was spotted enjoying some downtime in a striped navy and white bikini at Miami Beach.

As she stripped off her denim cut-offs and T-shirt, her hard work at the gym was clear to see, with washboard abs and ultra-toned arms on show.

Although she was seen soaking up the rays, she took to Twitter to explain it's been mainly work and no play, writing: "Hey guys! Yes I'm in Miami. & yes it's out of this world. But I'm here working hard! I'm training 3 beautiful women 4 the #slimintosummer segment for the @ITVLorraine show.

"I've not stopped working in over 3 weeks now and still a week to go. So I have 3 hours to myself b4 I hit the training again with the girls."

It also appears the trip hasn't been sun-filled the whole time, with Michelle writing earlier in the week: "So much 4working out in the sun! Me & @Deanedwardschef trying to keep dry from the storms here in Miami @ITVLorraine."

Better make the most of it, then.
