The Hot Stone Harmony Treatment is an ancient practice combined with Thai traditions and techniques. Thought to be 10 times more effective than a deep tissue massage, the treatment involves strategically placing volcanic basalt stones, heated to temperatures of up to 120 to 150 degrees, on the body's meridian lines to increase the flow of energy, and deeply penetrate muscles to ease tension.
The prize includes: a one-night stay for two people in a Knightwood Garden Room at Carey's Manor & SenSpa with breakfast, a three-course dinner (drinks not included) and a 60-minute Hot Stone Harmony Treatment each. The prize must be taken between a Sunday and Thursday before 1 March 2013. The prize will be presented in the form of a voucher.
