Lloyds customers prepare for change

Millions of Lloyds customers are starting to find out that they are affected by a deal which will see their accounts eventually migrated to the Co-operative Bank.

Lloyds has confirmed it has started writing to customers who are to be transferred due to the acquisition of 632 of its branches under an agreement announced in July.
