Is there a 'demonic' Big Foot running around in Tunbridge Wells?

A number of residents in the picturesque town of Tunbridge Wells in Kent have reported spotting an 8ft tall Big Foot-style creature in the woods.
According to The Sun, local community website Tunbridge Wells People states a sighting took place three weeks ago on the 200-acre Tunbridge Wells Common, when a witness saw an apeman "covered in hair" that "had long arms and stood at around 8ft tall".
An articles on the site states: "One of the strangest stories to emerge about Tunbridge Wells this week is the claims that a British Big Foot has been spotted in woodland near the town. The beast is reportedly eight-foot tall, has red demonic eyes and is covered in hair."
Unsurprisingly, according to the Daily Telegraph, locals are split as to whether it is real or, in fact, a prankster dressed in a gorilla suit.
According to local painter and decorator, Graham S, the British Big Foot was reportedly first seen 70 years ago back in 1942 by an elderly lady sitting on a bench on the common.
He wrote on the site: "One particular day she (the elderly lady) went to the common with her husband and was sitting on a bench when they became aware of a shuffling noise behind them.
"Upon turning around both her husband and herself saw what she described as a tall, hairy ape-like creature with eyes that were burning a reddish colour, and it was moving towards them at a slow pace."
"She went on to say that they told the police and members of their family, thinking that a gorilla had escaped from a zoo, but were laughed at and were not believed."
The site also asks: "Have YOU seen the Kentish Apeman in Tunbridge Wells? And, more importantly, do you have a picture? Let us know!"

Meanwhile, at the start of November, a man caught what some are claiming to be a possible Big Foot sighting while on a camping trip in Utah.
