Mitie buys home care provider Enara

The fourth largest provider of home care services in the UK has been sold to an outsourcing firm for £110.8 million.

Enara Group, which provides care to people who require support due to illness, disability or infirmity in their own homes, was bought by Bristol-based group Mitie.
