Children told to tell tales on tax dodgers

"It's not nice to tell tales." At least that's what we were told when I was at school.

Now, however, HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) is trying to get children to report neighbours, and even family members, who pay too little tax to their teachers as part of its latest tax evasion crackdown.
