Stephen Fry has apparently thrown all caution to the wind - and done a bungee jump where they first started on the Kawarau Bridge in Queenstown, New Zealand.

The jumps stands at 43 metres high, and Stephen can be seen snapping back on the cord and bouncing for a few minutes before being helped down by a team in a yellow dinghy down below.

And, rather than vowing to make it a once in a lifetime experience, the TV presenter immediately went for another go - this time with two women.

He wrote on Twitter: 'I did it again straight away. With 2 Welsh girls who work there at the bridge. A Welsh rarebit sandwich...might post that vid.'

Fry is currently in New Zealand shooting scenes for Peter Jackson's new film, The Hobbit.
