Apple to refund iPad 3 in Australia

Apple has offered to refund Australian customers who bought the iPad 3 after admitting that the device does not work on the country's 4G network.

Australia's consumer watchdog has taken Apple to court for false advertising. Apple's lawyers said they were willing to publish a clarification but the tech giant does not accept that it misled customers.
