MG opens its doors for tours

MG is offering tours of the historic Longbridge site every Thursday lunchtime.

Longbridge was the largest car factory in Europe immediately after the war, but it is now a far smaller operation, with much of the old site sold off for housing. However, there are still links to great days, including the office of Hebert Austin who started the whole business, apparently exactly as it was in his heyday.
