The car you're looking at is essentially the next Nissan X-Trail. Or the Qashqai. Possibly both.

Nissan doesn't tend to make a concept just to say "look at us, aren't we great," so we do know this slinky looking design will be seen, in some form or other, on a production vehicle sooner rather than later.
