Londoners slow to deliver on Boris's plan for 100,000 electric vehicles

According to a new report released by the London Assembly today, Mayor Boris Johnson still has a long way to go in his aim to see 100,000 electric vehicles on the streets of London.

Currently, the Mayor is just 2% of the way towards his goal of making London the electric car capital of Europe.
