Home and car insurance premiums keep rising

There is no respite for British consumers, with home and car insurance premiums continuing to go up.

Over the last year, car insurance premiums have climbed 15% while the cost of home premiums has risen by 11%, according to the AA. Young drivers, in particular accident-prone men, saw the biggest increases yet again.
