9 & 10. Boris Berezovsky vs Roman Abramovich – oligarchs at war
In London's High Court, a little overshadowed by the phone hacking scandal and Levenson Inquiry, two of the world's richest men have been "opening the kimono" into their bizarre business worlds.
The argument surrounds Boris Berezovsky who is suing the Chelsea Football Club owner Roman Abramovich for $6bn in damages for alleged deals that went sour, like their friendship. The case hinges on Rusal, the Russian aluminum manufacturing giant, which both parties invested in.

Berezovsky claims Abramovich secretly sold shares in the company which were in fact put in trust for him. However Abramovich counters that Berezovsky, who fled Moscow in 2000 after falling out with the Putin regime, never held shares in Rusal.
