MP calls for Clarkson to be sacked

You probably thought you wouldn't have to see Jeremy Clarkson's highly malleable face on your screens again until the Top Gear Christmas Special, at least. But thanks to an angry MP, here it is again...

It's Labour MP Jim Sheridan's fault, who asked during a meeting of the culture, media and sport select committee yesterday why Clarkson still had a job with the BBC, saying: "Can I suggest to you that JC is a luxury that we can't afford?"
