Women can't keep to Xmas budget

More than 11 million women will over-spend at Christmas with last-minute 'top-up' gifts. On the other hand, men will have finished their shopping well before Christmas, and within budget. So claims a new survey from National Savings and Investments. And if you're a woman in your thirties and forties, well, you're likely to be particularly hopeless with the Xmas gift budget.
