Almost three years after the leaders of the G20 nations promised "the era of financial secrecy is over" a new report from the Tax Justice Network reveals financial secrecy is as entrenched as ever. The Financial Secrecy Index, published today, says "the rhetoric is trillions of dollars away from reality".
