Waterstones will launch e-reader
Bookstore Waterstones, now free of its HMV parentage, is preparing a launch of its own e-reader next year, presumably for three reasons. First it's not pushing the Sony version hard enough as the market seems to be edging towards Amazon's Kindle as the default model; second because it's seen Barnes and Noble in the US doing very nicely thanks with the "Nook" model, third because, dammit, it needs more money and this might just do it.
