Cheryl Cole is living the high life on holiday in Cannes with her firm friend Will.i.am.

The Black Eyed Peas frontman posted a pic of him and Cheryl enjoying a night out on the French Riviera - and both stars looked like they were in full holiday mode.

Will tweeted: 'Its me and the "tweety nird" in canne france..me & cheryl cole in the south of france having fun.' (sic)

The Girls Aloud star is certainly making the most of her time off, just last month enjoying a girlie getaway to LA with fellow band member Kimberley Walsh.

Cheryl and Will.i.am have been pals since collaborating on her first album 3 Words, after which she joined The Black Eyed Peas on their tour.
