Government and supermarkets combine to fight blue badge abusers

Picture the scene: you pull into your local supermarket, look around for a parking spot and then you see them, shoppers heading to their cars in the disabled bays, staggering under the weight of their shopping rather than any mobility problem.

What do you do? What can you do? Probably not a lot unless you want an earful but it seems that the rising abuse of blue badges by drivers is a problem that the Government is taking seriously - and have brought the supermarkets on their side to crack down on their misuse.
