MG unveils potential Focus rival at Shanghai

With the MG6 already garnering decent reviews among the British motoring press, MG Motors has used the Shanghai show to reveal the potential next step in its ambitious plan to return to European market success.

The Concept 5 it unveiled in the Chinese city hints at a forthcoming five-door hatchback in the Ford Focus segment – a model which would signal the manufacturer's entry into one of the biggest (and arguably hardest fought) segments in the industry.
