Video: Chinese man caught driving bumper cars in the city

We're not sure whether Chinese bumper cars need to be taxed and MOT'd, but Mr Zhang of Taizhou City is surely one crazy guy. He was caught on surveillance tape straddling two bumper cars through the city streets.

The police soon pulled him over and he got sent on his way with a warning. Sadly he seems not even to have bumped into anything – and we do wonder where he's getting his electricity from without that metal ceiling. Click below to watch the video.
