Livingstone makes congestion charge U-turn

Now most people wouldn't trust politicians as far as they could throw them so the latest revelation from Ken Livingstone that he wouldn't reintroduce the Western Extension Zone charge if re-elected Mayor of London may need to be taken with a large sackful of salt.

The former Mayor, who's hoping to make sure Boris Johnson is just a City Hall one-term wonder, made the announcement whilst campaigning in the capital.
