Driver films scary moment when Japanese tsunami hit

Amazing footage has emerged of a lucky escape amidst the horror of last week's tsunami that followed the earthqake in Japan.

While driving along a coastal road, one man's car was engulfed in the wave that breached the sea defences. Admitting his panic, the driver kept his cool and stayed in his car until the waters receded, an action he acknowledges that probably saved his life.
